About the Role
We are hiring a motivated, experienced Sales Manager (Marketing Agency) who is able to confidently work with and sell to customers via phone, has great personal organization, and strong time management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced, sales-based environment, being able to self-prioritize tasks and quickly assess which items to focus on as new information becomes available. As a confident decision-maker, you should be deeply motivated by commissions and the potential for upward financial mobility.
Full-Time remote role.
Compensation: $100K – $130K+ Total OTE (Base Salary Included)
Account Executive Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience generating sales and providing phone-based support within an agency environment.
- Prior experience selling or implementing marketing services to local businesses.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly.
- Ability to learn our processes and playbooks, then make them your own.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM in a marketing services sales environment.
- Savvy with marketing tools for simple updates (e.g., updating an email message in a sequence).
- Motivated by commissions and upward financial mobility.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales pipeline by managing inbound leads and conducting qualification calls.
- Execute cold outbound outreach and re-engage past prospects or previously lost opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings and perform mini-audits of prospect websites to identify growth opportunities.
- Work within our company systems (HubSpot, CRM, task management, and communication systems).
- Present recommended marketing strategies and close new client agreements.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights to improve messaging and targeting.
- A path to a leadership role within the sales team, helping define processes and setting the standard for future hires.
