Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Associate, located in Bhadohi. The Retail Associate will focus on enhancing the in-store customer experience, assisting customers with their purchases, and addressing inquiries and needs. They will ensure the sales floor is well-organized, maintain inventory levels, and support merchandising efforts. Additional responsibilities include fostering a welcoming environment, handling customer transactions, and achieving sales targets in line with store goals.

• Proficiency in Inventory Management and maintaining organized stock levels
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an active retail environment
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
