Position Overview: The Client Experience Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and courteous support, and performing light administrative tasks. Client Experience Representatives will work directly with our Customer Service team, following established company guidelines and adhering to industry regulations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records of client communications in our agency management system (AMS) Zendesk.
- Generate proofs of insurance upon request.
- Answer inbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Position Details
- Hours: Full-time Shifts available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Location: On-site at our headquarters located in Chattanooga, TN.
