Production Supervisor- cable industry

· Responsible for taking care of all production house related work

· Responsible for allotment & supervising work on production floorand achieving machine wise output.

· Ensure production compliance as per production plan.

· Supervising manpower report daily, work allotment to contractor & bill approval.

· Regular interaction with quality teams.

· Lowest material wastage and cost and ensures conformance to safety and quality standards.

· Keep track of group attendance on a daily basis; identifies non-conformance and makes corrections as necessary.

· Arrangement of raw material tools & Spares on floor.

· Tracking report of the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.

· Analyze all root causes for all production issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order.

· Responsible for overall supervision for production, inspection and maintenance activity

· Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices. Develops appropriate programs in areas needing improvement planning.

Ensure adherence to Company policies and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
