Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: 6–8 years
• Relevant Experience: Business Analyst role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong exposure to SAP business processes and analytics-driven decision support

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to gather system and reporting requirements
• Analyze and document business processes and convert them into SAP functional specifications
• Support enhancements and new developments across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO)
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as:

o Production efficiency

o Material consumption

o Downtime analysis

o Cost and performance metrics

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity between SAP, MES, and Power BI
• Support end-to-end digitalization initiatives and assist with automation and system integrations
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of system changes
• Integrate applications with SQL Server databases and third-party services
• Maintain application quality through best coding practices, reviews, and unit testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Deliver user training and prepare documentation for new features and analytical reports
• Work closely with business users and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to identify process optimization opportunities

Technical & Functional Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, FI/CO
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, publishing)
• Strong programming knowledge in:

o C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Working knowledge of ABAP basics or Python scripting for data analysis or automation

Functional Knowledge

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory management, and costing
• Strong business analysis and documentation capabilities

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience integrating SAP and Power BI using OData, BW, or MES
• Exposure to MES systems and Industry 4.0 / IoT initiatives
• Certifications in SAP, Power BI, or Business Analysis (CBAP / PMI-PBA)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
