Roles and Responsibilities for Accountant Job in Jabalpur:
- Record, verify, consolidate, and enter transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting information.
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Perform monthly GST compliance (preparation of GST reports).
- Conduct monthly TDS compliance (calculation of TDS payable).
- Complete external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements to avoid legal challenges.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
