Role Description This is a full-time 6 days working , on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Mohali district. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including product packaging, marketing collateral, social media creatives, website graphics, and presentation materials that align with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining design concepts, collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaigns, and preparing production-ready files for vendors and printers. The role involves maintaining consistent branding across multiple consumer brands, designing logos and identity elements as needed, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to optimize visual communication. The Graphic Designer will also stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance the overall visual presence of Regal Kitchen Foods.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and assets.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple product lines.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for packaging and marketing materials.
• Advanced skills with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating work in packaging design, FMCG or food industry graphics, and multi-brand visual systems is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to translate marketing and product requirements into clear design solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
