Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Manager at our Gurugram location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored event solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with the event planning and management teams to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. You will represent Refuge Events at meetings, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our market presence.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management experience with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Strong Sales and Communication skills to attract and engage new clients
- Experience coordinating Private Events and liaising with clients to meet their vision
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Knowledge of the events and hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and manage events as scheduled, which may include weekends or evenings
