We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals in affiliate marketing for the following roles:

We are currently looking to fill 2 positions in our team: one for CPL and another for CPI/CPA.

• CPL Specialist Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality leads through various traffic sources
• Manage and optimize CPL campaigns for maximum ROI
• Work with affiliate networks and lead generation funnels
• Monitor lead quality and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in CPL campaigns
• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native, or Email marketing
• Understanding of tracking tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.)
• CPA/CPI Specialist Responsibilities:
• Drive app installs through paid and organic traffic
• Optimize CPI campaigns for volume and retention
• Work with app offers and tracking platforms
• Scale campaigns while maintaining KPI targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in CPI campaigns
• Knowledge of mobile traffic sources (UAC, In-app, SDK networks, etc.)
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
• Strong optimization and scaling skills
