Job Description
Marketing Director / Head of Growth
Wolves Hospitality Group
Long Island, NY (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)
Wolves Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Director / Head of Growth to lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of multi-concept restaurant and bar brands. This individual will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through the development and optimization of full-funnel marketing initiatives, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning at the local market level.
This role owns the end-to-end marketing function, including paid media, creative direction, performance analytics, and campaign execution. The Marketing Director will oversee digital advertising across platforms such as Meta and Google, ensuring that all spend is deployed efficiently to drive reservations, foot traffic, and repeat business. Working closely with an in-house designer and external content partners, this individual will guide creative development, set campaign strategy, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
The position requires a highly hands-on operator who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing within platforms. The Marketing Director will actively manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and continuously iterate on creative and targeting to improve outcomes. In addition, this role will be responsible for strengthening attribution and reporting frameworks across systems such as Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reservation/ordering platforms, ensuring that marketing decisions are grounded in clear, actionable insights.
As the senior marketing lead, this individual will partner closely with ownership and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives at each location. This includes developing location-specific strategies, supporting new initiatives and promotions, and responding quickly to changing business needs.
Team Leadership & Content Oversight
This role includes direct management of a small but critical creative function, including an in-house multimedia/designer role and freelance content capture partners. The Marketing Director will be responsible for setting creative direction, briefing and reviewing deliverables, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring content output aligns with performance goals. This includes organizing content shoots, prioritizing requests across locations, and building processes that improve speed, quality, and overall team efficiency.
Success in this area requires someone who can give clear direction, maintain high standards, and get the best out of a lean team without overcomplicating workflows.
This is a fully on-site role based on Long Island, requiring five days per week in-office presence. Given the nature of the hospitality industry, occasional evening and weekend availability is expected to support events, activations, and key business periods.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid media across Meta and Google with direct budget ownership
- Experience managing or mentoring creative, content, or multimedia team members
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance tracking, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, CRM platforms)
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-unit or multi-brand environments preferred
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Compensation
Base salary range of $70,000–$85,000, with flexibility for candidates who demonstrate strong, relevant experience and a track record of driving measurable growth. Performance-based bonuses are also available for specific KPI milestones.
