About the role We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and observability of our Google Cloud–based infrastructure. You will design and operate resilient systems, evolve CI/CD pipelines, lead incident management, and empower teams to deliver software faster and safer. You will be an enabler player , not just maintaining systems, but driving their long‑term vision and shaping how reliability and observability evolve across our platform. About your tasks Build and maintain end-to-end observability with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana. Operate and scale GCP infrastructure (GKE, Cloud Monitoring). Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Lead incident response and postmortems in a blameless culture. Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash. Lead technical presentations, workshops, and deep dives with engineering teams to promote SRE best practices. About you Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud automation. Expertise in observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred). Strong background in CI/CD and deployment automation. Excellent communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills. A proactive mindset, you are someone who drives initiatives and enables teams through knowledge‑sharing and vision. Experience with Service Meshes (Istio), chaos engineering, or incident management tools (PagerDuty, SquadCast) is a bonus.
