As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Red Nucleus, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conducting system and data mining to identify relevant candidate resumes from different platforms and repositories.
- Reaching out to candidates via email or LinkedIn to engage them for open positions.
- Assisting in screening candidates and assessing their qualifications to determine fit for open roles.
- Scheduling candidate interviews and managing calendars across time zones for hiring managers and panel members.
- Administering pre-interview assessments or tests as part of the selection process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep the recruitment process organized.
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates during the pre-boarding phase, ensuring a seamless handoff to onboarding.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and support overall recruitment strategies.
- Leading and monitoring the background verification process for candidates who have been extended offers.
- Supporting additional HR administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the success of the global HR team.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 24 years of experience in HR/recruitment coordination or sourcing.
- Experience with candidate outreach and resume screening is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools; BambooHR experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working 1:00 PM IST 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday).
