Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Mental Health Specialist will provide direct care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, offering mental health counseling, developing and managing care plans, and providing crisis intervention. The role also involves collaboration with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mental Health Care and Mental Health practices
• Strong background in Psychology and Case Management
• Experience in Crisis Intervention and providing immediate support during emergencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and culturally diverse environment
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
• Relevant certifications or licensure in mental health practice is a strong advantage
