Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager
Location: Kolkata
About the Job
Our client is looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to build, scale, and manage our influencer ecosystem. The ideal candidate comes from a D2C or beauty brand background and understands how to turn creators into long-term brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (nano to macro).
- Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
- Manage influencer seeding, PR kits, and gifting campaigns.
- Work closely with content, performance marketing, and brand teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends and new creator formats.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in D2C / Beauty / Lifestyle brands).
- Strong network of influencers and agencies.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of metrics, UTM links, affiliate models, and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good to Have
- Experience with creator marketplaces/tools (Winkl, OPA, Qoruz, etc.).
- Knowledge of paid collaborations and barter campaigns.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or fashion.
