AM - Demand/Supply Planning Analytics

As a member of the Reckitt team, you will play a crucial role in driving service levels with analytics by measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and maintaining high-quality data such as Sales history, Forecasting, and Inventory performance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of stock while controlling inventory levels. You will interact closely with the Demand, Supply planner & Logistics teams to suggest corrective actions and maximize stock availability. Additionally, you will lead Asia Service calls representing domestic market, factories & Co-packs for stock non-availability.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct daily analytics to identify potential stockouts and benchmark safety stock based on 1/3/7-day cover.
• Initiate inter CFA movements to avoid stock imbalances and improve service levels.
• Maintain master data for Planning Systems i.e. Kinaxis DP & SCP.
• Generate a 24-month statistical forecast and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
• Track slow-moving inventory, monitor inventory levels, and predict estimated closings at the county level.
• Perform problem and trend analyses to identify and correct issues, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• 2-4 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning and Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with global support teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP APO & SAP BW/BI would be an added advantage.
• Strong commitment to delivery, commercial awareness, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
