Job Title: Account Executive Department: Finance & AccountsLocation: Kadodara, Surat, Gujarat

• Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable)
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors Assist during audits and provide necessary documentation Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Familiarity with Tally/ERP software and MS Excel Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
• Key Skills: Strong attention to detail Good numerical and analytical skills Time management and organizational ability Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in manufacturing industry Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, SAP, or Odoo Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
