Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist, located in Hyderabad. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately preparing and dispensing medications, providing counseling to patients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations. Key responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, managing inventory, maintaining records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role also involves staying updated on the latest in pharmaceutical advancements and best practices to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, including drug interactions, dosage calculations, and pharmacology
• Expertise in reviewing prescriptions, dispensing medications, and maintaining accurate pharmacy records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and team collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure best practices in patient care
• Proficiency in inventory management and knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist
• Prior experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting is advantageous
• Commitment to continued education and staying current on pharmaceutical and healthcare trends
