Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Windows Administrator with strong experience in managing enterprise Windows server environments. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring system availability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Perform OS installation, upgrades, and patching for Windows Servers.
Administer and support Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
Troubleshoot BSOD, CPU, memory, and disk space issues.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Handle server migration, decommissioning, and lifecycle management.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clustering and Load Balancing.
Ensure data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
Monitor systems using tools like SolarWinds and other monitoring platforms.
Coordinate with third-party vendors (Microsoft, HP, EMC) for issue resolution.
Manage file and print servers and enforce security policies.
Implement and maintain Windows security and antivirus solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery concepts.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
