Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while guiding the development team and ensuring high-quality CRM delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions and customizations.
Design and develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.
Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud platforms.
