Job Description

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and design analysis.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards.

Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices.

Document design guidelines and maintain consistency across products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability standards.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.

Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks.

Experience designing for enterprise or customer-facing applications.
