Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions.
Lead and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices and standards.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Define integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce platforms.
Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
