Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development initiatives, design scalable solutions, and guide the development team to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions and customizations.
Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define system requirements.
Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release management.
Ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization in Salesforce implementations.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms.
