- Regularly communicate project progress, gather client feedback, and obtain approvals, maintaining transparency at each stage.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, upsell services, and contribute to client account growth.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in client servicing, account management, Performance Marketing, or a similar role in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
