Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elkridge, MD, for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve growth targets. Responsibilities will also include market analysis, generating leads, pitching services, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles with strong skills in client relationship management and negotiating.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey value propositions and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategies for growth and client acquisition.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize CRM tools and other business software.

Compensation

Competitive base salary and PTO plus sliding scale commission based on monthly per door targets

Target Total Compensation of $125,000+ per year
