Role Description The Product Development and Regulatory Compliance Intern will support the end-to-end development of nutraceutical products, from concept to launch, in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Mumbai, includes assisting in formulation work, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence. The intern will contribute to drafting and organizing regulatory dossiers, maintaining compliance records, and monitoring relevant guidelines and standards. Daily tasks also involve conducting market and scientific research, analyzing data to inform product features, and supporting product lifecycle management activities. The intern will collaborate closely with R&D, product management, and operations teams to help deliver safe, effective, and consumer-friendly wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to gather, interpret, and present data that informs product and regulatory decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, prepare clear documentation, and support regulatory submissions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Research and Development (R&D) skills to assist with formulation research, product testing, and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess basic Product Management skills to support product planning, requirements documentation, and coordination across the product lifecycle.
• Preferred educational background in pharmacy, biotechnology, food science, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Awareness of nutraceutical regulations and quality standards (FSSAI or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentation software) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a structured full-time internship.
