Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for the Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day business activities, ensure operational efficiency, develop and implement effective systems, and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing workflows, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to optimize processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and driving data-driven decisions
• Proven experience in Team Management, including team leadership and collaboration
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders and team members
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations
• Experience with strategic planning and problem-solving
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in operations or similar leadership roles, preferably in the educational or training industry
