About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & US Payroll Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing for our US employees.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance.
- US Payroll Management: Process payroll for US employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support audits.
- Employee Support: Address payroll queries, benefits administration, and HR policy clarifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR and payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and US payroll.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
