As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, client-focused, and proactive Project Delivery Manager who can lead projects from planning to successful delivery while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
This role sits at the center of our operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple teams, managing client expectations, tracking project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with developers, designers, marketers, content writers, trainers, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes for our clients.
This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a natural talent for managing people and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across technology and digital service verticals.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans and ensure smooth execution from kickoff to completion.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, review calls, and status updates.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a positive project experience.
- Present project updates, timelines, and recommendations professionally.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Developers
- Designers
- Digital Marketing Specialists
- Content Writers
- Trainers
- Vendors and External Partners
- Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Remove roadblocks that may impact project delivery.
Process & Quality Management
- Establish and improve project management processes.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately.
- Monitor project quality and delivery standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
- Drive accountability and ownership across teams.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track project KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
- Maintain project dashboards and resource allocation plans.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and recommend solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
