Job Overview: Transform architectural concepts, sketches, and plans into high-quality 3D visuals for client presentations.
Responsibilities: Create realistic 3D models & renders (interior, exterior, landscape), set up lighting & cameras, post-production (Photoshop / D5 / Twinmotion), asset management, file organization, client revisions, timely delivery.
Required Skills: 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, D5, Twinmotion, Photoshop, basic AutoCAD. Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, material skills. Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative. SketchUp / HandScape knowledge is a plus.
Experience & Salary:
Intern / Junior: 0–1 year – 10,000–15,000
Mid-Level: 1–3 years – ₹18,000–30,000
Senior: 3+ years – ₹30,000–40,000
Requirements: 1–4 years experience in 3D visualization/architectural rendering. Portfolio mandatory.
