Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Premium Accounts Manager located in Ahmedabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of premium banking customers by understanding and fulfilling their financial needs. Key responsibilities include relationship management, offering customized banking solutions, cross-selling products and services, achieving business targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in cross-selling banking products and services such as savings accounts, investments, loans, and insurance
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of financial products, banking processes, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and achieve performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the banking/financial industry is preferred
