The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring strategy and execution across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for building a world-class talent acquisition organization that can attract exceptional talent at scale while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has successfully led high-volume, global hiring for a fast-growing technology or SaaS organization and has built recruiting capabilities that enable rapid business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with RateGain's business growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring across India and international markets, ensuring predictable and scalable talent delivery.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition organization, driving operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the business leaders, and functional heads to anticipate talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Design scalable recruiting processes, governance, and workforce planning frameworks that support aggressive growth.
  • Drive executive hiring and build leadership pipelines across business and technology functions.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness, productivity, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to position RateGain as an employer of choice globally.
  • Build strategic relationships with executive search firms, universities, industry networks, and diverse talent communities.
  • Champion recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled hiring practices to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience across all regions

What We're Looking For

  • 14–20 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading global hiring at scale across multiple countries and business functions. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong background in technology, SaaS, product, engineering, GTM, and corporate hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling Talent Acquisition teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing business strategy through talent planning.
  • Deep understanding of global talent markets, executive search, employer branding, recruiting operations, and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging hiring metrics and recruiting technology to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
