As a commercially driven growth professional at RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, you will be responsible for managing and growing a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market partner accounts through scalable engagement and revenue expansion strategies. Your role will involve driving customer retention, product adoption, and account growth by building targeted lifecycle programs, digital engagement initiatives, and data-driven outreach campaigns. You will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts by analyzing customer behavior, usage trends, and business potential. Additionally, you will design and execute segmentation strategies to prioritize accounts, improve engagement, and maximize long-tail revenue performance. Leveraging CRM, automation, and customer engagement tools to streamline workflows, track account health, and optimize customer lifecycle management is crucial for success in this role.
