Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are a fast-growing print-on-demand e-commerce company serving customers primarily in the USA/UK. We work with multiple printing and shipping partners to fulfill customer orders.

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will manage day-to-day order operations, coordinate with international clients, printing partners, and logistics companies, and ensure smooth order fulfillment from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Communicate with USA-based clients through email and online meetings.
• Provide regular updates on orders, production, and deliveries.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with printing partners to ensure orders are produced correctly and on time.
• Work with shipping and logistics companies to track deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
• Follow up proactively with vendors to prevent delays.

Operations Management

• Monitor order flow and ensure all orders are processed accurately.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Track production, shipping, and delivery performance.

Reporting & Business Metrics

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Track costs, shipping expenses, and order profitability.
• Maintain P&L reports and key business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy across all reports and dashboards.

Eligibility

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may apply.
• Prior experience of 2+ years in operations, e-commerce, customer support, logistics, or vendor management is preferred.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with international clients and deadlines.

Compensation

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
