- Supervise and coordinate molding operations (Injection/Compression/Blow molding as applicable)
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications
- Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and attendance
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with Maintenance team for machine breakdowns
- Implement and follow safety procedures on shop floor
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Train operators and helpers on process and safety
- Ensure 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area
- Diploma / ITI / from Rubber Industries
- 1–2 years of experience in molding production (Rubber/Plastic industry preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
