Production Supervisor molding dept

• Supervise and coordinate molding operations (Injection/Compression/Blow molding as applicable)
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
• Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications
• Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and attendance
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with Maintenance team for machine breakdowns
• Implement and follow safety procedures on shop floor
• Maintain production reports and documentation
• Train operators and helpers on process and safety
• Ensure 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area
• Diploma / ITI / from Rubber Industries
• 1–2 years of experience in molding production (Rubber/Plastic industry preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
