Medical Claims Administrator

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Efficiently process and intake approximately 20 comprehensive claim submissions daily, serving as the foundational starting point for our Stop-Loss & Health Claims Services.
• Manually extract and enter critical data points from various reports directly into designated internal templates
• Utilize your knowledge of data intake processes to spot data discrepancies, system anomalies, or template issues
• Quickly adapt to and navigate our internal specialized claims tracking systems and software platforms

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience working within insurance claims handling or a solid understanding of medical coding standards.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and articulate system or data discrepancies.
• Ability to act as a quick learner when introduced to new internal systems, proprietary software, and evolving data intake policies.
