Shift: Days 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Precision Operation: Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting specialized production machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Performing rigorous inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Material Management: Safely loading/unloading raw materials and finished components.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Safety Leadership: Maintaining a pristine workspace and adhering to all PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background as a Machine Operator (Press machine experience is a major asset).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
• Mechanical Mindset: Strong aptitude for technical specs and basic industrial math.
• Detail Oriented: A "quality-first" mentality with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Reliability: High school diploma, consistent attendance record, and reliable transportation to Paris, ON.
