Job Title: Clinical Specialist/Paramedics/Wound Dresser/Clinical Assistant/ Nursing Assistant Location: Delhi HQ Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Clinical Specialist with hands-on experience in wound care management. The role involves assisting in advanced wound treatment procedures, including the application of NPWT therapy/all wound care medical devices, consumeables etc. And supporting healthcare professionals in delivering effective patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in advanced wound care procedures.
• Handle and apply all company machines/devices/consumeables use in wound care .
• Conduct wound dressing as per clinical protocols.
• Support doctors and healthcare teams during procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of clinical equipment.
• Provide product demonstration and training to hospital staff when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth clinical operations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of wound care management techniques.
• Hands-on experience with VAC therapy and advanced dressings.
• Basic understanding of infection control and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in hospital/clinical environments.
• Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle field-based clinical responsibilities. Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / OT Technician / Clinical Assistant/paramedics/wound dressers/Nursing assistant.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in wound care or related clinical field
• Experience in VAC dressing is highly preferred Other Requirements
• Willingness to travel for hospital visits
• Flexible to work in field-based roles
• Immediate joiners preferred
