Assembly Technician

Company Overview:

Role and Responsibilities of Assembly Technician:

As Assembly Technician, you will operate manufacturing equipment safely, follow documented procedures, and complete visual and measurement-based quality checks to meet daily output targets. You will help with packaging and labeling, maintain an organized work area, and accurately record production data while reporting equipment issues promptly.

• Engage in the secure and efficient use of equipment and machinery during operations
• Conform to the set protocols and operational instructions for the production workflow
• Inspect for quality by conducting visual assessments alongside measurement validations
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the work area
• Help with packaging, labeling, and organizing orders for shipment
• Document production information accurately and report any equipment complications
• Uphold all safety guidelines and abide by the rules and policies established by the organization

Required Skills and Experience of Assembly Technician:

• Skilled in manual lifting weighing up to 40 pounds; adept at working in non-temperature-regulated environments
• Upholding safety standards and consistently incorporating PPE in work routines
• Careful observation, consistency, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications for Assembly Technician:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply for this production or machine operation role, with those who have two years of experience also being considered
• Expertise in core labeling, packaging, and quality verification methods
