Role & responsibilities
We are hiring DevOps engineers who can own production systems, build automated cloud infrastructure, and ensure high reliability of services through strong engineering practices.
Candidates should be capable of working in cloud-native environments with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and production support
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS and/or Azure
- Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM)
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems
- Networking fundamentals
- VPC/VNet, Subnets, Routing, Load Balancers
- DNS, TCP/IP, Security Groups / Firewalls
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS preferred)
Production & Engineering Expectations
Candidate must have real experience in:
- Production support and incident management (on-call experience preferred)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive fixes
- Debugging live production issues
- Automation of manual operational tasks
- Understanding of system reliability and stability
Design & Architecture Understanding
- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts
- Scalability and performance basics
- Basic understanding of deployment strategies:
- Rolling / Blue-Green / Canary deployments
- Ability to think in terms of system-level design, not just tools
