Role Description
We are looking for a Social & Environmental Compliance Executive with hands-on experience in managing social, environmental, and certification audits. The ideal candidate should have experience in the recycling or textile industry and be capable of independently handling compliance requirements, audits, documentation, and corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Coordinate and manage SEDEX SMETA, C&A, and Inditex compliance audits.
- Support and maintain Global Recycled Standard certification requirements.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Conduct internal audits and track CAPA closure.
- Maintain compliance records, audit documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, certification bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance readiness.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Compliance, Sustainability, ESG, or Certification Management.
- Experience in Recycling, Textile Recycling, Textile, Garment, or Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with:
SEDEX SMETA Audits
C&A Compliance
Inditex Compliance
GRS Audits
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Strong documentation, audit coordination, and communication skills.
