Key Responsibilities
Doctor Engagement
- Meet doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build strong professional
- relationships.
- Prepare thoroughly for each meeting to ensure effective communication and improved
- productivity.
Work Schedule & Planning
- Follow 8-hour official working hours, balancing fieldwork, follow-ups, and administrative
- tasks.
- Work as per assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt schedule.
- Dedicate assigned days to individual working to achieve personal sales targets.
- Sales & Productivity
- Ensure 2–3 productive calls daily with existing or new doctors.
- Focus on achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain minimum 4TR performance for ongoing appraisals and growth.
