SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

  • Pay Rate: $71.04/hour, depending on experience
  • Contract Length: 1 Year
  • Location: Burnaby, British Columbia Local candidate preferred but will consider remote candidates. willing to work PST hours

Raise is currently hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in this role will be responsible for supporting the Onboarding (ONB), Recruitment, and Learning Management Solutions (LMS) within our enterprise environment.

As a Lead Consultant, you will drive SAP implementation services, ensuring our HR technology stack aligns with organizational objectives. You will act as a strategic partner, translating complex business requirements into seamless functional workflows that enhance the employee experience from hire to retire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Implementation: Direct full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations (from project preparation through cutover and go-live) specifically focusing on the Onboarding and Recruitment modules.
  • Solution Architecture: Lead business requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and detailed functional design to ensure SAP standard solutions meet ’s unique utility-sector needs.
  • Documentation & Design: Produce high-quality functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration logs. Expertly design custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications and internal systems, ensuring data integrity across the landscape.
  • Stakeholder Guidance: Provide professional expertise and knowledge transfer to internal HR and IT stakeholders, acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Project Governance: Manage project deliverables to ensure they are completed safely, with quality, and within budget, adhering to ’s project methodologies and standards.

Required

  • 7 years in SAP implementation and support, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • Proven track record of at least three full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • Expert-level skills in documenting complex requirements, functional specifications, and business process workflows.
  • Ability to balance "out-of-the-box" SAP features with necessary custom enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Employee Central (EC): Hands-on configuration experience within Employee Central.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the Utilities industry or with SAP S/4HANA transitions.
  • Cloud Ecosystem: Familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions and complementary third-party HR technologies.
  • Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding.

Additional Information

  • Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
  • Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
