Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead for the Renewable Energy Business of a Large conglomerate with diverse global business interests, your key role will involve supporting and managing the TA/TM function to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Executing hiring based on the approved manpower plan
  • Ensuring proper fitment of candidates as per internal grade and salary benchmarks
  • Driving diversity targets through hiring
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for all requirements at all levels
  • Overseeing recruitment channels, technology deployment, and improving recruitment effectiveness
  • Handling Campus Hiring for Engineering/B Schools
  • Managing Campus Relations and Employer Branding including working on EVP
  • Generating MIS/TA Reports for Management
  • Supporting business managers and function heads in rating distribution as per organizational mandate
  • Driving continuous employee engagement actions to enhance engagement scores
  • Managing employee engagement surveys and post-survey exercises in collaboration with employee groups

Your skills and experience should include:

  • MBA from a reputable B-School with 8-9 years of experience or Tier 2-3 Schools with 10-12 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Influencing skills and Stakeholder Management
