Our infrastructure makes stablecoins usable in the real-world by powering card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more. We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company that is funded by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS, including Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Lightspeed, Khosla, and several more. If you’re curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we’d love to talk.

OUR ETHOS

We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Accounting team is responsible for building and operating the financial foundation of a global digital-asset and payments platform. We partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Operations to support a rapidly scaling business that spans multiple international entities, regulated payment flows, and both stablecoins and other digital assets.

Our role is to support growth while ensuring the company is built on a strong, scalable foundation—enabling new products and global expansion while maintaining high standards for accuracy, controls, and transparency. As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive process improvements and automation by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to enhance reporting quality
  • Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities
  • Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
  • Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation
  • Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis
  • Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner
  • Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations

YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment

BONUS ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar
  • Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto-native companies
  • Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation
