Rôle :
Assurer le support technique et le développement commercial dans l’aftermarket ferroviaire, incluant des mandats de consultation de courte durée chez les clients.
Responsabilités principales :
- Développer les activités aftermarket ferroviaires au Canada et à l’international
- Fournir un support technico-commercial (présentations, rencontres clients, visites)
- Préparer les offres et répondre aux appels d’offres
- Développer les relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires de l’industrie
- Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale et aux analyses de marché
- Assurer le succès des solutions techniques (révision, inspection, consultation)
- Offrir des formations courtes à l'interne sur la maintenance des locomotives
- Apporter un soutien ponctuel aux opérations logistiques
Profil recherché :
- Autonomie et excellent sens client
- Bonne connaissance de la maintenance ferroviaire et des locomotives (GE, ALCO, surtout EMD)
- Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique
- Bilingue français-anglais, autres langues un atout

Drive technical support and business development in the railway aftermarket, including short consulting assignments with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow railway aftermarket business in Canada and internationally
- Provide technical sales support (presentations, client meetings, site visits)
- Prepare proposals and respond to tenders
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Contribute to commercial strategy and market analysis
- Ensure technical solution success (offer review, inspections, consulting)
- Deliver basic training internally on locomotive maintenance
- Provide occasional support to logistics and warehouse operations
Requirements
- Strong autonomy and customer focus
- Solid knowledge of railway maintenance operations and locomotives (GE, ALCO, especially EMD)
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven
- Bilingual (French & English); additional languages an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
