Role Overview
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring across dialysis centres and corporate roles.
Your Core Responsibilities
Own Hiring Outcomes
- Close positions within defined timelines
- Ensure strong candidate pipeline across roles (technicians, nurses, managers, corporate)
Drive Quality Hiring
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates effectively
- Ensure candidates are aligned on role, salary, and expectations
Build Strong Candidate Connect
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement
- Ensure high offer-to-joining conversion
Speed & Process Discipline
- Coordinate interviews and closures efficiently
- Maintain accurate data on HRMS (KEKA)
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers and operations team
- Ensure clarity and alignment at every stage

- Positions closed within TAT consistently
- High offer-to-joining ratio
- Strong pipeline ready for urgent requirements
- Minimal dropouts and backouts
