Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring across dialysis centres and corporate roles.

Your Core Responsibilities

Own Hiring Outcomes

• Close positions within defined timelines
• Ensure strong candidate pipeline across roles (technicians, nurses, managers, corporate)

Drive Quality Hiring

• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates effectively
• Ensure candidates are aligned on role, salary, and expectations

Build Strong Candidate Connect

• Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement
• Ensure high offer-to-joining conversion

Speed & Process Discipline

• Coordinate interviews and closures efficiently
• Maintain accurate data on HRMS (KEKA)

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers and operations team
• Ensure clarity and alignment at every stage

What Success Looks Like

• Positions closed within TAT consistently
• High offer-to-joining ratio
• Strong pipeline ready for urgent requirements
• Minimal dropouts and backouts

Who Should Apply

• 6 - 8 years experience in recruitment (healthcare preferred)
