Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners in corporate office.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and application-related problems.
- Handle LAN / Wi-Fi / Internet connectivity issues.
- Configure email accounts, user login access, and system permissions.
- Install and update antivirus, patches, and required software.
- Maintain IT asset register and inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for system repairs, replacements, and AMC support.
- Support meeting room setup, video conferencing, and office IT equipment.
- Basic support for ERP / CRM / HRMS software users.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system performance.
- Assist in server, domain, and shared folder access (basic level).
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP, Router, Switch)
- Experience in corporate office IT support
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple users support
Preferred
- Experience in Corporate Office / Head Office environment
- Knowledge of Domain, Active Directory, or Server support
- Experience in Manufacturing company IT setup (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
