Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Nabadwip. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in finding products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, restocking merchandise, and contributing to sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge to effectively understand and recommend merchandise to customers
• Proven experience in Retail Sales with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong customer relationships
• Strong Sales abilities, including persuasive skills to encourage purchases
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
• Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
