Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant/Business Development professional based in Chandigarh/New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company. Daily tasks will include conducting consultations with potential clients, providing tailored fitness solutions, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and meet sales goals
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
