Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Balaghat. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting technical solutions to prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include meeting customers, understanding their technical and business needs, preparing quotations and proposals, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Technical Sales Executive will also maintain a sales pipeline, achieve assigned targets, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback from the market to support product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to understand and explain technical products or solutions to non-technical customers, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in B2B or solution-based sales, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and handle customer queries professionally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining a structured sales pipeline and accurate documentation.
• Comfortable working on-site in Balaghat, with willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits as needed.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales or technical certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in technology, IT services, or a similar industry is beneficial, but motivated candidates with strong aptitude for technical sales are encouraged to apply.
